Axida integrates MetaPack for online fulfillment and shipping

Axida has launched its integration into MetaPack for its stock management solution PPD. Axida’s solution provides accurate stock management and efficient order fulfillment, and says it should be “a good match for MetaPack users” as it is a SaaS application charged on a per-transaction basis.

Len Robinson, director of Axida, said:: “We are excited to be able to offer retailers and fulfillment houses access to a full range of delivery service providers via MetaPack.”

Axida PPD is a pick, pack and despatch Software as a Service (SaaS) offering designed specifically for the needs of ecommerce, mail order and fulfillment businesses.

The pay-as-you-go Axida PPD solution is hosted online and requires little to no upfront investment, has no licence fees and utilises the clients’ existing computer hardware.

Set up is “quick and simple” as customers access the on-demand system on the Internet using a standard web browser.

MetaPack is a UK provider of delivery management solutions for both traditional and online channels. It is the only company providing a single point of integration for UK carriers enabling retailers to offer comprehensive delivery options for online shoppers as well as complete tracking through extensive performance reporting.
