DHL Argentina's sales increase

The courier company DHL will not rise the prices of its services and predicts to grow between 3-5% in Argentina this year. In 2001, the company increased by 12% its sales, with 50 branches in the provinces in the country and invested Pesos $11mil in a new plant in Buenos Aires city. This is the largest courier plant in Latin America. In the last 2 years DHL Argentina registered a growth in its sales of 134% in the provinces and 50% in 2001 in relation to 2000. The Mercosur countries are a priority of DHL in 2002. The company plans to increase its 43% market share in private courier services.
