The My FedEx Rewards programme allows registered customers to earn rewards for shipping, printing and business services with FedEx.
Along with rewards for using FedEx Office or shipping services including those from FedEx Express, FedEx Ground and Fedex Freight, the company said programme participants also receive special offers.
Memphis-based FedEx said the expansion of the programme was about building long-term relationships with customers.
“My FedEx Rewards offers real benefits to our small business customers through special offers and rewards, and we are excited to deepen these important relationships,” said Becky Huling, the FedEx vice president of customer engagement.
“The ability to earn rewards on such a variety of FedEx services is what makes this program really special. Customers can redeem their offers to select items from an attractive selection of brand-name gift cards and merchandise.”
The expanded loyalty scheme comes as part of a push by FedEx to attract small business customers.
Recently the company has launched a new flat-rate pricing programme for small businesses to use FedEx Express shipping services, FedEx One Rate, and a FedEx Delivery Manager that allows package recipients to customize home deliveries.
