Acting CEO appointed for Strålfors

Annemarie Gardshol has been appointed acting CEO at PostNord’s subsidiary Strålfors, taking over from Per Samuelson who is to become CEO at Beijer Electronics AB. Samuelson has been with Strålfors for 16 years.

Gardshol, who serves as Chief Strategy Officer and Head of e-Commerce at PostNord, will take over as CEO at Strålfors on 1 June. She will remain part of PostNord’s Group Executive Team and will retain responsibility for PostNord’s e-commerce business.

As previously reported by Post&Parcel, PostNord has “initiated a process to investigate a possible sale of Strålfors”. PostNord has confirmed that this process is “going ahead as planned” and it is “intended that Annemarie Gardshol should remain as CEO at Strålfors until the process is completed”.
