EPG and UAE Internal Auditors Association sign cooperation agreement

Emirates Post Group (EPG) and UAE Internal Auditors Association (IIA) have signed cooperation agreement, which will see them working together on developing human resources and exchanging information on audits and internal control. Abdullah Mohammed Al Ashram, the Acting Chief Executive Officer of EPG, said: “This agreement will play a crucial role in developing EPG’s work environment through exchange of information and experiences in the field of audit and internal control, in accordance with global standards and practices endorsed by International Institute of Internal Auditors.

“In addition, it will promote transparency and help lay the framework for good corporate governance and bring tools for identifying potential risks and solutions for better internal control.”
