Houseology set to use iForce

Online interior design store Houseology will be using iForce for its fulfilment services. Under the terms of the three-year deal, Houseology will be using iForce Gateway, the multichannel order fulfilment and warehouse management solution which is powered by iForce’s proprietary software SMART, as well as the iForce Pathfinder carrier management solution.

This will enable Houseology to streamline how it picks the most suitable delivery partners for different orders, as well as handling communications sent to consumers receiving goods.

Houseology has also chosen iForce to manage all returns. iForce  said that its Revive platform will enable Houseology to maximise the recovery value of all returned items through remedial action, as well as selling selected products through its dedicated auction site iForce Marketzone. Annually, iForce processes over £200m of returned products through iForce Revive.
