ABX update

A US District Court just has ruled that the striking pilots at ABX Air must return to work. As previously reported, the pilots had called their strike to protest about alleged staff shortages and requirements to work emergency hours.

The pilots are represented by the Airline Professionals Association (APA) Teamsters Local 1224.

In a statement sent to Post&Parcel yesterday (23 November), the union said: “Following a decision by the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, pilots are returning to work with continued calls for the company to address the staffing crisis that has led to this strike.”
