Starbucks debuts voice ordering service

Starbucks has announced that its customers can now use “voice ordering” via the Amazon Alexa platform or the Starbucks mobile iOS app to order and pay for their items before arrive at their store. Earlier this week, Hermes announced that it had become the first UK-based parcel company to fully integrate its end-to-end tracking solution with Amazon’s Echo smart speakers – so online shoppers will be able to use voice commands to hear updates on where their parcels are.
