PostNL secures full trade union acceptance of labour agreements

PostNL secures full trade union acceptance of labour agreements

PostNL has announced that it has now secured acceptance from all the relevant trade unions for its corporate collective labour agreement (CLA) and also the Saturday deliverer CLA.

As previously reported, PostNL reached an agreement with the trade unions Bond Van Post Personeel, CNV Publieke Diensten and VHP2 on 30 November. However, the trade union FNV Publiek Belang did not sign the agreement because it had to submit the results to its members for approval. The FNV members have now voted in favour of the agreement, so PostNL can move ahead with its plans.

The CLA for PostNL applies to almost all of the PostNL employees in Parcels, Mail in the Netherlands and Head Office. Postal deliverers have a separate CLA.
