In a statement sent to Post&Parcel today (23 February), Nerijus Datkūnas, the Chairman of Lithuania Post said: “We hope that the new CEO will implement the highest standards of transparency and corporate governance in the company. The most important tasks will be to evaluate and strengthen the competitiveness of the company’s strategic activities – information, deliveries and financial services – to improve their quality using the most advanced technologies and to provide our personnel with working conditions that are in line with today’s labour market.

“The Board has no doubt that the appointed CEO, Asta Sungailienė, has the experience, competence and skills necessary to address the strategic goals of the company, therefore we are confident to succeed in achieving them.”
