Speculation over Royal Mail succession

Speculation over Royal Mail succession

There has been speculation in the UK media that Moya Greene may be looking to step down from her position of CEO at Royal Mail in the near future.

A report published by Sky News claimed that “a source close to the board” had said an announcement could be made before Royal Mail reports its full-year results next month.

The same article also said that Rico Black, the head of Royal Mail’s parcels delivery arm GLS, may be in line to be Greene’s potential replacement.

Moya Greene became CEO of Royal Mail in May 2010, after having been the President and CEO of Canada Post for five years.
