Holland & Barrett partners with CollectPlus

Health food chain Holland & Barrett is now offering its customers the option of using the CollectPlus network of 7,000+ stores across the UK for click & collect and returns.

The Click & Collect service costs £2.99 for orders under £20 and is free thereafter, while the Returns service is free for all customers.

CollectPlus will confirm customer orders via email or SMS once parcels are available for collection and will send reminders after three days and seven days of the parcel arriving at the selected collection point. Customers will also be able to track their orders using the CollectPlus app. The new service builds on the existing home delivery relationship between Holland & Barrett and CollectPlus’ sister brand Yodel.

Geoff Shucksmith, Supply Chain & Logistics Director at Holland & Barrett, said: “As we continue to expand our online offering to provide greater convenience to our customers, a partnership with CollectPlus was a natural fit for us. For many of our customers, home delivery isn’t the most suitable option to fit around their busy schedules. Therefore, our online customers will greatly benefit from the added ease that CollectPlus can provide, as they will be able to pick up and, if necessary, return their purchases at any CollectPlus store at their own leisure and at a convenient time for them.”
