New UK Chief Executive Officer arrives at One World Express

Paul Reynolds of One World Express

One World Express has announced the appointment of Paul Reynolds as its UK Chief Executive Officer.

Reynolds arrives from 4PX Express Worldwide and brings more than 25 years’ of experience in the logistics and supply chain environment. He has also held senior management positions at DHL Express, UPS, UK Mai, 4PX Express Worldwide and MetaPack.

The key focus for Reynolds initially will be to drive growth strategy, position the UK business as a key player and build a team to support organic growth along with identifying merger and acquisition opportunities. He will be the figurehead to expand the UK footprint with retailers and 3PL’s.

Atul Bhakta, Group CEO, commented: “Paul is highly organised with a natural flair for developing lasting client relationships, along with excellent corporate knowledge of sustainability. Paul will develop a high level team capable of ensuring our growth continues.”

Reynolds concluded by saying customer experience is critical in the ecommerce arena, our good people are central in ensuring customers’ expectations  are managed throughout the journey of their shipments.
