LYNX Express gains new partners

Lynx Express says it has formed “trading partnerships” with more than 30 former franchisees of NCN Express Parcels which called in the administrator on December 23.

Lynx press release

Following the collapse of the NCN parcels network operation Lynx Express has forged trading partnerships with over 30 former franchisees. Each deal has been independently struck and is founded on the compatibility of the Lynx network to operate in conjunction with partners of the type that were originally hosted by NCN.

Over recent years Lynx has been growing the capacity in its UK express network and investing in the technology to support trading partners. The former NCN franchisees benefit from extensive operational and commercial support along with access to the full range of Lynx domestic, international and logistics products.

David Burtenshaw, Chief Executive of Lynx, commented, ?We have been in discussion with various companies of this type for some time, some of which were NCN members. Our business is committed to growth and this is one avenue we are progressing.”
