DHL wins 600 mln usd logistics contract for Chinese nuclear project

DHL Global Forwarding said it will provide transportation services to China Nuclear Power Engineering Company (CNPEC) for the Ling Ao Nuclear Power Station project phase II development in the southern province of Guangdong.

The logistics provider said in a statement that the three year contract, which will be run by its China subsidiary Danzas ZF Freight Agency, is worth over 600 mln usd.

Total investment in Ling Ao Nuclear Power Station phase II project, which will produce 2,000 MW of electricity through its two pressurized water reactors, is more than three bln usd.
