Tibbett & Britten Group plc appoints Mike Arrowsmith as
Group Chief Executive Officer
The Board of Tibbett & Britten Group plc (‘Tibbett & Britten’) is pleased to
announce the appointment of Mike Arrowsmith as the Group Chief Executive
Officer with effect from 1st May 2001. John Harvey remains the Group
Executive Chairman.
Mike joined the Tibbett & Britten Group and the Board in 1999 as Finance
Director. Prior to joining Tibbett & Britten Mike had extensive experience in
the consumer healthcare and electronic industries including 7 years
international management experience at senior level with SmithKline Beecham
John Harvey, CBE, Chairman, Tibbett & Britten Group commented “I am delighted

extensive international experience and since joining the Group two years ago
has become an invaluable member of the team and made a major contribution to
