PostNL meeting requirement for standard mail delivery

The Netherlands Authority for Consumers and Markets (ACM) has concluded that, in 2014, PostNL complied with the legal requirement that at least 95% of standard mail items should be delivered by the next delivery day. In fact, PostNL performed rather better than the legal requirement, delivering 96.7% of letters on time.

PostNL also complied with post office distribution requirements, with 2,064 post offices “spread sufficiently over the Netherlands”.
