Amazon Echo’s Alexa now able to give users updates on parcel deliveries

Amazon Echo users can now ask Alexa to give updates on the delivery status of their parcels. Alexa will be able to tell the customer what the expected arrival date is, along with information like who ordered the package and when. 

However, the service will only be availabe for parcels going through the Amazon system – not for packages which are coming from third-parties.
