Amazon reportedly looking to launch Prime Now in Canada

Amazon is looking to launch its Prime Now service in Canada in the next few months, according to media sources. Reports in the Wall Street Journal and other media sources have indicated that Amazon could be planning to start the Prime Now service in Vancouver in November, and then launch in Toronto in January.

If the fast delivery service proves successful in these two locations, Amazon may reportedly look to expand to more cities in 2018.

As previously reported, Amazon recently purchased the grocer Whole Foods Market and it is working to build more connections between the bricks-and-mortar and its Prime Now service. Whole Foods Market has around a dozen stores in Canada, most of which are in Toronto and Vancouver.
