Palletways alliance with Amethyst Group

Pallet network Palletways has entered into a strategic alliance with the Amethyst Group to manage the warehousing element of its Stargate Logistics operation. Customers store products at Stargate in Lichfield alongside Palletways central hub, where it is picked and processed against individual orders for delivery via the national distribution network.
Amethyst has 100,000 sqm of warehousing at 12 locations in the UK. Through its new partners warehousing expertise, IT infrastructure and e-business capability, Stargate will now provide enhanced inventory management and more flexible solutions.
