B&N increases its participation in Paltrans Shipping to 75 %

B&N already have a 50 % holding in Paltrans Shipping, which has its head office in Västerås, Sweden
Following an agreement with Per Möllerström, B&N has acquired Per Möllerström’s 25 % holding in the company.

Paltrans Shipping is an important component in B&N’s development in the direction of increased contract shipping operations and total logistics solutions for customers.
Paltrans operates container-oriented transportation in liner and feeder services between Sweden and Great Britain / continental Europe. Ten vessels are employed in these operations.

Jan Thunberg, who owns the remaning 25 %, continues to be President of Paltrans Shipping.
