Zenstores partners with NetDespatch

NetDespatch has formed a partnership with e-commerce software provider Zenstores. According to NetDespatch, the agreement will allow Zenstores customers to streamline their workflow by seamlessly integrating with Royal Mail and other carriers; printing the correct shipping labels, customs documentation and manifests, as well as automatically sending electronic pre-advice data to the carrier.

Bristol-based Zenstores, provides order management and fulfilment software which enables online retailers to sync orders from online channels such as eBay, Amazon and Shopify, and create and print shipping labels and invoices for these orders in a few clicks, thus saving time and effort.

According to NetDespatch: “A particular challenge for Zenstores was the time, complication and cost associated with integrating with various postal and parcel carriers individually. Through its partnership with NetDespatch, Zenstores has been able to respond immediately to the new Royal Mail requirement for 2D barcode labels, as well as enabling these to be included in an integrated invoice. In addition Zenstores will now be able to boost the delivery options available to its customers, by offering integration with most other UK carriers and Click and Collect networks.”
