wnDirect’s new office space supports growth plans

wnDirect has reported that its new office space in Heathrow will support the company’s growth plans. The additional space will also mean that partners’ staff will be able to work alongside wnDirect, when required. Furthermore, the open play layout over one floor will ensure that all teams are easily accessible and able to engage in more “cross functional working”.

Speaking about the new offices Stuart Hill, CEO of wnDirect said: “wnDirect has grown at a considerable pace and we had outgrown our previous offices.

“As well as needing more space we were keen to create an environment that really reflects what we are about.

“wnDirect, and the people in it, are energetic and dynamic and we wanted to embrace those characteristics whilst recognising that when people work hard they also need a space to take a break and get some headspace.”

wnDirect also informed Post&Parcel that it has been accredited as a “Living Wage” employer, which means the company has voluntarily committed to paying all staff – whether they are permanent employees or third party contractors and suppliers – at least the minimum hourly wage of £8.25. (The UK’s national minimum wage is £6.70.)
