NeMalaysia’s Finance Ministry late Tuesday said it is reviewing the terms of the Pos Malaysia Bhd. sale to Phileo Allied Bhd. as they don’t reflect Pos’ true value….The government is of the opinion that the agreement under these conditions will not reflect the true value of Pos,” the ministry said in a statement. In May, the government said it plans to sell the state-owned postal service company to Phileo Allied for 800 million ringgit ($1=MYR3.80).”
