The company was founded in 1992 and was appointed as the Southern Ireland representative for the Palletways network last year.

It said the partnership with Palletways had been “instrumental” since then in accelerating its progress towards delivering its one millionth Irish pallet.

Kieran Conlon, Managing Director of Transland Group, said: “We at Transland are very proud to have reached this milestone. We have all worked hard to establish a pallet distribution service that is second to none, through service features such as online booking and electronic proof of delivery.

“With the help of Palletways, we look forward to achieving our next milestone, which is the two millionth pallet delivery,” added Conlon.

The Palletways UK network has more than 100 members providing a range of express distribution services for small consignments of palletised freight, including next day, economy and timed delivery options across the UK and Ireland.
