HDI, the German insurance group, has announced a co-operation agreement with the postal service in Hungary, Magyar Posta, under which it has set up a non-life insurance company.
The new company will begin operating from the start of 2003 and will sell policies via Magyar Posta/ HDI will invest 20m euros in the country.
