D.E.S. inks agreement with Austrian Post

Mail distribution specialist Direct Entry Solutions (D.E.S.) and Austrian Post have signed an ETOE (extraterritorial office of exchange) agreement which will mean that D.E.S. wholesaler clients will have access to Austrian Post’s global distribution network directly from the UK. D.E.S. said the agreement will offer the wholesalers shorter delivery times and also increase the range of value-added products available to them.

Commenting on the agreement, Phil Coleman, Chief Executive of D.E.S., said: We are thrilled to be giving wholesalers access to Austrian Post’s unrivalled expertise and efficiency. It fulfils our ambitions to provide a first of its kind, comprehensive and high quality service to the wholesale market.”

Thomas Auböck, Senior Vice President Key and Business Accounts, Mail & Branch Network Division, Austrian Post, said: “The UK is an important market and D.E.S. is a respected player and a reliable partner of Austrian Post. We see a major opportunity here with D.E.S. to offer wholesalers a viable and trusted postal service.”

The new service will start next month (July). Contact Wendy Holt (Email: wendyh@directentry.co.uk; Tel:  +44 203 178 4669) or visit www.directentry.co.uk for more information.
