Prime Competence appoints new Chief Customer Officer

Simon Dalton has joined Prime Competence as Chief Customer Officer to further develop the firm’s portfolio of global postal accounts. Commenting on his new role, Dalton said: “My focus will be to ensure that our customers are satisfied and recognise Prime as the go to company for integration, business development and technology innovation”.

Prime Competence has significant  experience in the postal industry and is part of the TNO organization, one of Europe’s leading scientific institutes.
