Universal Express, Inc. (OTC BB:USXP) announced today that effective
>August 30, 2003, its subsidiary, Private Postal Network, Inc., will be
>known as WorldPost(TM). The WorldPost Network of over 9,000 independently
>owned and operated private postal stores will continue its mission of
>improving cash flows and building national recognition for members of its
>private postal system. "Through the introduction of a new web-based CRM
>software system, we will be better able to provide new products and
>services to the postal stores, resulting in new revenue streams and
>increased control of expenses. We continue to help individual store owners

>Tom Chernoff, WorldPost Director. "Our growing international penetration
>will be further highlighted by our new ad campaign, 'WorldPost – Around the
>Corner, Around the World'", stated Bruce Turiansky, WorldPost's Marketing

>continue to be introduced, including our proposed same-day airport
>counter-to-counter service, we chose this time to announce our long planned
>name change to coincide with soon to be announced programs that will be of
>great value to our retailers", added Mr. Turiansky. "Universal Express
>continues to offer, through the independent storeowners, our stress-free
>travel-without-luggage service subsidiary, Luggage Express, and our
>WorldPost International discounted delivery service. With six billion
>dollars of shipping and billions of suitcases being carried by
>over-regulated travelers, WorldPost's market share will continue to
>steadily grow and every 1% of the market we acquire may represent
>$60,000,000 in new revenue", added Mr. Chernoff. "With many more programs
>to come, make no mistake about it – a private postal system here in America
>is on the horizon. Effective August 30, 2003, our WorldPost decals,
