Italian Post Office offers online registered mail service

Registered mail to Italy can now be sent via the Internet. The new service has been launched by the Italian Post Office, and is active 24 hours a day every day of the year. Users simply go to www.poste.it, register for the services, click on “Online registered mail”, insert the recipient’s details and pay with a credit card (Visa and Mastercard) or Poste Pay card. The certificate of posting is also available online.
