According to Amadou Diallo, CEO for South Asia Pacific, the company has experienced strong double-digit growth rates in Indonesia over the past few years, and will continue to invest in the region.

As part of the new South Asia Pacific region, Indonesia will be better placed to develop stronger trade ties and develop better trade lanes with other markets in South Asia, the Middle East and Africa.

The North Asia Pacific region covers Greater China, Japan and Korea, while the South Asia Pacific covers the South East Asia region, South Asia (including India) and the South Pacific (including Australia). Through this restructuring DHL hopes to provide better customer service, accommodate future growth and focus more on distinct regional priorities.
