The Morocco Post, one of the most sophisticated postal organisations in north Africa, is planning to launch a series of advanced services to meet the requirements of its customers. The first step in implementing this strategy is the launch of a hybrid mail service.
The head of the letters division of Morocco Post, Abdella Maqboub, confirmed the adoption of the technology: “IDP has demonstrated an in-depth understanding of the requirements of a hybrid mail service,” he said “and has been very ready to provide us with support and advice as we launched this service.”
IDP’s president and CEO Nils Overgaard commented: “There are considerable advantages for a post using hybrid mail. The Morocco Post appreciates the degree that it can increase revenue and the level of customer service, and can realise internal benefits from a solution designed with posts in mind.”
