Deutsche Post Buys U.S. Firm QuickMAIL

FRANKFURT (Reuters) – German postal company Deutsche Post said on Monday its subsidiary Global Mail has bought QuickMAIL, the international mail division of U.S. courier firm Quick International Courier.
QuickMAIL, with 100 staff and locations in New York, Los Angeles and Canada, had turnover of $24 million in 1998-99, Deutsche Post said in a statement.
