By securing this accreditation, Asendia UK gains the capability to consolidate goods and simplify the customs declaration process, all while conducting meticulous internal checks for compliance and administrative accuracy, significantly reducing the need for external brokers.
Asendia UK can now manage export declarations for goods worth up to £900 internally, with no need to refer to a broker.

A key advantage of MoU accreditation is for the retail clients who are assured that their parcels are handled by an entity that is fully trusted by the Customs authorities to assure all relevant procedures are followed, while achieving a more streamlined approach with one less stop in the supply chain. It will allow for expedited export clearance for trucks, translating into swifter deliveries to vital transportation hubs like ports and airports.
This accreditation grants Asendia UK the flexibility to conduct checks within its own operational timeline. This flexibility translates into a more efficient and dependable export process, providing substantial benefits to Asendia UK’s e-commerce customers.
With approximately 98% of the company’s export volume benefiting from the streamlined MoU process, operational efficiency receives a substantial boost.
