A Scandinavian Alliance

One of the fundamental drivers of why thoughts on an alliance started was that Europe, and rest of the world by the way, is Changing. And it changes fast.

Looking at the founders of PNL, the Nordic public post operators, and the market we operate in the key characteristics are:

The population are relatively small
It is very long distances
There are four different languages
There are four different currencies

With these characteristics together with the fact that the Nordic region is generally viewed as an non- priorited region for multi-nationals when they “concur” Europe it is well suited for an alliance strategy. One could say that the sum of each market integrated is worth more than the sum of each market individually.
