Connect Group annual report

Connect Group has announced that it has submitted copies of its annual report and accounts for 2015 to the UK’s National Storage Mechanism. In a statement posted today (3 November), Connect Group said that the documents will be available for inspection at www.hemscott.com/nsm.do within two business days.

The Annual Report and Accounts 2015 and the Notice of Annual General Meeting are also available to view at the company’s website, www.connectgroupplc.com.

As previously reported, the Connect Group published its preliminary results announcement on 14
October, when it reported that revenue from the group was up 3.7% to £1,875.1m and adjusted profit before tax was up 13% to £56.5m.

The Connect Group, previously known as Smiths News, bought Tuffnells in December 2014.
