TheNile.com.au opts for Fastway Couriers

Online department store, TheNile.com.au, has appointed Fastway Couriers as a delivery service provider in Australia. TheNile.com.au is an e-commerce pure play and top five eBay trader, offering a range of over 20 million items including, books, baby care, toys, health, beauty and entertainment.

Richard Thame, CEO of Fastway Couriers, commented: “TheNile.com.au is an exciting retailer and we are delighted to be working with them. We invest in innovative technology and, as a result, we offer an array of services that tend to work really well for online retailers and their customers, including the integration of our Dynamic Label process.”

Thame added: “TheNile.com.au will benefit from Fastway Couriers’ extensive network, the latest scanner technology and online parcel track and trace facilities. In addition, our ‘Parcel Connect’ service will enable TheNile.com.au customers to collect purchases when they’re not home, from a range of nearby, convenient locations, such as newsagents, corner stores and petrol stations. All of the participating Parcel Connect locations operate outside of traditional business hours, so customers can simply collect their parcels at a time that is suitable for them – whether that’s after business hours or on the weekend, it’s no fuss.”
