Scurri reports 20-fold increase in GMV

Cloud-based fulfilment platform Scurri has reported that its gross merchandise volume (GMV) for the first quarter (Q1) was €78m – an almost 20-fold increase on the €4.4m posted in Q1 2015. Rory O’Connor, Founder and Chief Executive of Scurri, commented: “We are delighted to announce our growth which not only is a testament to the hard work and dedication of the the award winning Scurri team but it’s also very satisfying to validate our vision of making delivery simple for millions of consumers across the world.”

The Wexford-based company said that the numbers highlighted the overall growth of the e-commerce sector over the past year, with Scurri now dealing with over 1,000 clients in over 10 countries.
