HPE and InPost Canada team up to provide parts delivery
Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) Canada is now using the InPost automated parcel machine network to provide parts delivery to HPE field engineers. The service, which was introduced in cooperation with UPS, gives HPE the option to deliver replacement parts directly to any of the 150 InPost pick-up locations in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).
InPost plans to expand the network to 1,000 locations across Canada by 2017.
In a statement issued yesterday (20 June), InPost said: “Having the option for UPS delivering to InPost lockers, engineers now have the ultimate flexibility to pick up their parts when and where convenient – InPost lockers are accessible 24/7 and the self-serve pick-up process takes under 10 seconds to complete. In addition, shipping directly to an InPost locker is a more efficient delivery method for HPE and UPS and in fact helps HPE engineers better manage their routes and reduce overall repair time.”
“Our automated parcel machines are becoming an irreplaceable form of easy and quick delivery of items to consumers and businesses,” commented InPost Canada CEO Tony Jasinski. “We are delighted to be partnering with HP, leaders in technology and dedicated to ensuring customer-service expectations are surpassed.”
