QUIZ partners with Doddle for returns service
Omni-channel fashion retailer QUIZ has added Doddle to its range of free return options for online customers.
Online customers of QUIZ are now able to return online purchases at any one of Doddle’s 300+ locations in supermarkets, department stores and charity shops around the UK. QUIZ customers will be able to drop off their online purchases at Doddle locations without needing to print any additional labels or forms.
The addition of Doddle strengthens QUIZ’s returns offering which currently includes dropping returns back into one of QUIZ’s 220 UK stores, as well as other third party drop-off options.
Doddle CEO, Tim Robinson, said: “Customer loyalty can be won and lost on the strength of a retailer’s returns experience. QUIZ is providing customers with a range of returns options so they can choose the one that suits them best.”
