BBH launches service for small to mid-sized mailers
BÖWE BELL + HOWELL (BBH) has launched a new service providing small to mid-sized mailers with access to the kind of document and data-processing capabilities that are traditionally found only in high-volume production mailers. “BBH Data Services is an economical option for smaller companies that want the benefits of an automated document factory, but that want to avoid capital investments or additional overhead,” said Nick Kepf, BBH general manager and executive director of Business Continuity Production Services. “Creating a full-service data-processing environment is expensive, and smaller companies may not have the tools and skills to build or support a large IT infrastructure. We give them the benefit of having advanced processing capabilities without the expense of ownership.”
Specific services now available include document composition and recomposition, production integrity, postal compliance, online archiving and electronic delivery. Applications are tailored to operational needs and support all major print file formats.
“We can help customers optimise print data for processing on their mailing equipment, and provide expert design consultants to create high-impact documents,” added Kepf. “And, using solutions from our postal solutions team, we help mailers comply with government and USPS requirements.”
