Nigeria’s Gloo.ng offering two-hour delivery service

Nigerian online supermarket Gloo.ng has announced that it is now offering a two-hour express delivery service for Lagos Island locations. “The ordering window for this new service is between 10am and 5pm daily,” said Gloo.ng. “A minimum order of N4,000 is required, a maximum cap of N8,000 is what is allowed and home appliance products are excluded.”

Gloo.ng added: “The 2-Hour Express service attracts a N999 non-refundable delivery fee. Consequently, a 2-Hour Express Delivery order needs to be pre-paid before it can be processed.”

The two-hour service is still in “beta phase”, so Gloo.ng is currently limiting it to locations on Lagos Island (which includes Lekki, VI, Ikoyi as well as Lagos Island proper).
