Doddle extends services for Missguided customers and soft-launches Morrisons partnership
Doddle has extended its partnership with online fashion retailer Missguided – and also soft launched a tie-up with Morrison’s. In a statement sent to Post&Parcel today, Doddle said that Missguided has expanded the range of delivery and returns options its customers can use through Doddle, to include next day delivery and free returns.
Missguided customers will now be able to collect their orders next day from any of the Doddle stores located at train stations, universities and shopping centres across the UK. Returns to Missguided are also now free. Previously, there was a £1.95 charge.
Tim Robinson, Doddle CEO, commented: “The addition of these services really strengthens our relationship with Missguided. Our locations complement the habits of Missguided’s urban customers, particularly in universities and we’re delighted to be offering the full range of Doddle collection and return services to Missguided customers.”
Meanwhile, a report published on RetailWeek’s website on Friday (1 July) revealed that Morrisons is looking to have a “small number” of Doddle parcel shops in some of its bigger grocery stores. Sources close to Doddle have confirmed to Post&Parcel today that the two companies are working together, and an official announcement is set to be made soon. Doddle’s website already includes a listing for the “Doddle at Morrisons” at the grocer’s Harrow store.
