Nightspeed contract win

A BLACK Country express parcels firm has delivered a pounds 600,000-plus deal to distribute high value motor parts for a major components supplier. Nightspeed, based in Tipton, won the major contract from Morley-based Vegem Limited, near Leeds.

Graham Jesty, Vegem operations chief, said: ‘We began using Nightspeed for all our deliveries at the end of last year, because of their award-winning security network, reliability and response to changes within the automotive industry.’ Ian Pickford, Nightspeed managing director, said: ‘We are delighted to be working with Vegem in the development of their distribution requirements and look forward to a partnership for years to come based on a foundation of security and customer service requirements.
