Deutsche Post acquires 82.0% of ITG GmbH Internationale Spedition and 80.2% of ITG GmbH Logistik und Distribution
ITG is a company which operates in the field of contract logistics and focuses mainly on the textile industry. ITG provides the entire range of logistics services from the manufacturer right into the retailers’ shelves including textile processing and quality control. With a workforce of around 600, the transport and logistics company generates an annual turnover of approximately DM 150 million.
