DHL has formed a joint venture with Ukrainian post office Ukrpochta. ABSTRACT: Ukraine: DHL has signed an agreement with Ukrainian post office Ukrpochta, enabling the sale of international air express delivery services that will be jointly branded Ukrainian Post-DHL. Initially, the service will focus on items weighing up to a maximum of 20 kilos.
