MBE Worldwide: 2023 overall has been a good year for us, both in terms of organic and inorganic growth

The MBE Worldwide Group closed FY2023 with €1.4 bn  of System-wide Gross Revenue – generated through its location-based platform made of 3,190 Business Solutions Centres in 58 Countries – and €22 bn of Gross Merchandise Value traded through its digital e-commerce platform.

During 2023 MBE opened 110 new Business Solutions Centres globally and signed four new Master License (ML) Agreements – Paraguay, Uruguay, Malta and the Territory of Delhi (India) – thus expanding its global platform into new territories.

Furthermore, in 2023 MBE successfully concluded the strategic acquisitions of PACK & SEND UK and PACK & SEND New Zealand from the former Master Licensees, consequently broadening its direct presence in the UK and Oceanian markets.

“I can proudly say that 2023 overall has been a good year for us, both in terms of organic and inorganic growth”, says Paolo Fiorelli, MBE Worldwide Chairman and CEO. “Within a challenging macroeconomic context still exacerbated by socio-political issues, high inflation, high interest rates, uncertainty regarding energy resources, and rising supply chain costs, our results are the byproduct of our resilience and our focused efforts as a Team. We increased MBE Worldwide Group System-wide Gross Revenue by +8% YOY: the ambition, tenacity, commitment and passion of each of our people, both at Corporate and Network level, have been fuelling our daily activities and helping us reach that growth.” Paolo Fiorelli additionally states: “We continue to strengthen our capacity as a leading commerce enabler for SMBs and consumers by exploiting the synergies of our integrated platform composed of both physical and digital assets. Through it, in 2023 we fulfilled the commerce needs of 1.1+ million business customers worldwide”.

MBE is committed to always looking for new and different ways to better serve the various needs of MBE customers across all channels in today’s rapidly changing business environment and will continue to leverage the passion, commitment and skills of its People, combined with innovative technologies, to help all of its customers solve their daily challenges.
