Jersey Post suspends postal worker visits

In light of the latest Government advice regarding Social Distancing and Self-isolation Call&Check has advised Jersey Post to suspend the postal worker visits until further notice.

Call&Check has now implemented a regular telephone service to clients on the days they would have previously received their face-to-face visits. Clients can continue to ring the Call&Check team if they require further assistance, as usual. The Call&Check team have informed all of their clients of this change,

Additionally, Call&Check is working closely with the Government to offer islanders not currently benefiting from the Call&Check service, and who are practising Social Distancing and Self-isolating, the opportunity to join the Call&Check support service for the period of their isolation. Call&Check is also working with the Government and other organisations  supplying other home support services .
